WHAT HAPPENS IF I ONLY PURCHASE THE DESIGN?

Once you purchase one of our designs, we will send your photos and notes to our design team. Then, they will create your design and we will email it to you upon completion. In the case that you have purchased a design and a product for it to printed on to, we will require you to reply to our email within 24 hours if you have any concerns or if the design requires revisions. If we do not hear from you by then we will commence the process assuming you are happy with your design.

HOW MANY IMAGES SHOULD I UPLOAD ?

Upload as many as you can, to help our designers capture every last detail. The more the better, however we can work from just 1 image per variant (E.g car or person).

CAN YOU CHANGE THE COLOUR OF MY CAR?

Yes our artists are able to do pretty much anything you require ! Just tell us in the notes and if you can upload images that support your requests in the upload fields.

WHAT IMAGE QUALITY DO YOU REQUIRE?

The better quality of the images you upload, the easier it will be for our artists to make a more accurate illustration of you or your car! But don't worry, upload what you have and if we run in to any issues we will contact you!

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY DESIGN?

So, this is a rare occasion however we understand it is a possibility. So once you receive your design via email, we ask that you respond to us within 24 hours. Your design can have revisions however we can not create a whole new design. We will try our absolute best to resolve any issues you may have with it.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

There will be a charge for changes up until the third revision. Prices may vary depending on the request.
